1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Corsu. By accepting these Terms, you confirm you meet this requirement. Minors may only use the service with the express consent of a legal guardian.

2. The service

Corsu provides a personalized English learning program built around your specific mistakes and the content you enjoy. Your course is designed after an initial English assessment and delivered with the support of a dedicated teacher available Monday through Friday.

3. Subscription and payment

Corsu is offered as a monthly subscription at the price stated at the time of purchase. Your subscription begins upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. All payments must be made in Euros (€) by credit or debit card. We do not accept cash or cheques.

4. Refund policy

We offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of your first class. If you are not satisfied for any reason within that period, contact us at [email protected] to request a full refund. After 15 days, no refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Corsu only for personal English learning purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, reverse-engineer, or use the service to build a competing product. You must treat all Corsu staff and teachers with respect. Violations may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

6. Limitation of liability

Corsu is provided "as is." Dudons LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dudons LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual property

All content, materials, and course resources provided through Corsu are the exclusive property of Dudons LLC. You may not copy, share, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of Corsu after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
